Wave Utility Bracket Wave Utility Bracket is designed by Inter Mac and has made to solve error factor caused by difference of distance between product and printhead. It is useful on PP bag, paper bag, drum, uneven surfaces which can not be moved to a certain position. It can keep regular distance between bracket and products, so it is possible to clean and fine marking on various surface. It also could be mounted top, side and bottom according to your preference.

[Material] Vinyl [Print] Manufacturing Date [Application] A bracket utility for concave helps the system successfully print on the surface of 20-25 kg weighted vinyl material with the  best print quality while adjusting the distance between the print head and the print target. [Feature] Daily check by users is not needed since the system automatically changes the date and time printing in real time.

This case shows the application of Inter Mac on an insulating material production line. The material is cut in fixed size, then moves to the processing machine. The marking printer is installed on the conveyor line to print product name, lot number, and counter. The marking printer can operate and print all these required data in real-time. The presented machine is LP72P703, the flagship of Inter Mac. The ink jet performance is controlled by exterior factory air and it is quite safe to use it since 2.5 liter stainless ink container is used in the printer. Also 5 or 14 liter container is provided as option for large ink-consumption users. The print head can be adjusted for font distance. The model can be adjusted from 63 mm to 35 mm.
